    COVID-19 Delays

    Yes, we are experiencing delays in shipping due to COVID-19 upwards of a few weeks. 

    How do I track my order?

    When your order ships from our fulfillment center, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.

    Note: While all shipping methods have tracking, the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.

    How do I cancel or change my order?

    If an item has begun processing, it can’t be cancelled or changed. Therefore, a refund will not be issued. Please contact us immediately if a change or cancellation is needed. 

    If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, photo evidence must be submitted within 2 weeks of the delivery date  in order for a refund or replacement item. There are no exceptions.

    Do all items ship together?

    There are some products that we’ll ship separately due to packaging differences.

    How soon will my order ship?

    Since all items are made to order, please allow 7 – 10 days for processing time prior to shipping. Your item will ship as soon as the order has been fulfilled.
